Urban X is a Black family-owned business founded by Malcolm Bowser and Duane Bowser. ShopUrbanX.com is the official merch shop for the Urban X Podcast, which has 500+ episodes and 1M+ downloads. Our t-shirts, hats, hoodies and books carry powerful messages that inspire and uplift our culture.

How do Urban X hoodies fit?

Our hoodies are a unisex classic fit. Each hoodie page has a size guide with chest width, body length and sleeve length in inches. For the best fit, lay a hoodie you love flat, measure armpit to armpit, and match it to the chest width in the guide.

How long does shipping take?

Orders ship within 3 to 5 business days. You'll get an email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships. Shipping cost is calculated at checkout.

Do you offer free shipping?

Free shipping is offered during select sales and promotions. Join our email list to hear about them first.

What is your return and exchange policy?

You can request an exchange within 14 days of your purchase date by emailing Sales@UrbanX.nyc. Items must be unused and unworn, in the same condition you received them. All sales are final, and clearance items cannot be exchanged.

How do I care for my Urban X apparel?

Machine wash cold with a mild detergent and tumble dry low. Washing inside-out helps protect prints, puff and embroidery.
